Booking Policy
Free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Email to move your time to the next available slot.
Cancellations inside 24 hours of your appointment, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
Refundable in full if cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice. Once the session takes place, it is non-refundable.
Video, PDF, and voice-note readings are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations before work starts are fully refunded.
Prorated refunds for unused sessions may be issued at Dhani's discretion. Individual sessions used inside a package are non-refundable.
